Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UNIVERSEsigna (DOT) com ("Service"), operated by WaSe7 GmbH ("we", "our", "us").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

UNIVERSEsigna (DOT) com is a user verification and trust platform for the WarmupServer.net gaming community. The Service allows you to:

• Verify your identity by connecting accounts from Discord, Steam, X (Twitter), and Facebook
• Build a trust level based on the number and type of verified accounts
• Participate in the WarmupServer community with elevated privileges
• Receive Discord roles that reflect your trust level

3. Account Rules

When using the Service, you agree to the following:

• You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or removed automatically.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
• You are responsible for the security of all third-party accounts (Discord, Steam, etc.) connected to your profile.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service, in accordance with GDPR Article 8.

4. Trust Level System

The trust level system works as follows:

• Trust levels are calculated automatically based on the accounts you connect to your profile.
• Higher trust levels grant additional privileges within the WarmupServer community.
• Administrators may manually adjust your trust level at their discretion, including demotion.
• Disconnecting an account may reduce your trust level.
• Trust levels do not represent any form of ownership, entitlement, or contractual right.

5. WarmupServer Integration

UNIVERSEsigna (DOT) com is integrated with WarmupServer.net. By using this Service, you also agree to the WarmupServer Terms & Conditions.

Regarding the WarmupServer integration specifically:

• Your trust level may be checked by WarmupServer before automated moderation actions are applied.
• Eligible users (Level 3 and above) may request a self-unban, subject to cooldown periods and lifetime usage limits.
• Self-unban credits are personal and non-transferable.
• Abuse of the self-unban system may result in suspension of your account or removal of self-unban privileges.
• Ban reasons are confidential and will not be disclosed to users.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent bans, suspensions, or other moderation actions on WarmupServer or this Service.
• Create multiple accounts to gain additional trust credits or self-unban uses.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Access or abuse the API in a way that disrupts or degrades the Service for other users.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Account deletion is irreversible after the 90-day recovery window has passed.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to the Service or its users.

Ban-related data (unban logs) may be retained even after account deletion in order to maintain the integrity of the WarmupServer moderation system.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We are not liable for any loss of trust level, in-game bans, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim. Since the Service is free of charge, this amount is zero.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will communicate material changes via an announcement on the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karlsruhe, Germany.
